Kafilat shobajo Was amazing!!! Me and my daughter came in for flu symptoms she was so attentive . She was very friendly she eased my anxiety for coming it . I recommend her to my mom who came a day after me and also had a great experience. It felt very personalized she even make sure to explain everything including my prescriptions to me. Not only that she was attentive to my sick little one making her laugh. I will keep this location as my go to. I will recommend this provider and location to anyone. And plus it's super simple to be seen. From the moment you arrive to leaving it's very welcome

After a rough experience earlier in the day at another urgent care, coming to NextCare was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth, professional, and respectful. Brianna at the front desk was AMAZING — kind, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. She made the entire check-in process effortless and treated me like a human being, not a problem. The entire staff was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I honestly wish I had gotten everyone’s name because they all deserve credit. No confusion. No pushback. Just excellent service from start to finish. This is how urgent care should be run. Huge thank you to Brianna and the whole NextCare team — you turned a stressful day completely around.

I made an appointment for my son and had a great experience. The staff was awesome — we were in and out in no time. Dr. Kafilat was amazing and made the visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for 1150 but there were several people in front of me. Lots of children who are really sick . I didn’t mind the weight as long as they were seen first. I appreciate the hospitality of the front staff and how quickly the medical assistance and the providers were trying to work. There are a lot of people that are sick right now and they are trying their best so people please show grace and patience for these doctors APP’s nurses and medical assistance who are doing their best to care for us.

It was easy to schedule an appointment via online. The front desk person greeted me. My appointment was for 7:50 and I arrived at 7:50. I was seen by 8:25 pm. That was a little annoying but understandable due to a small office and staff. My nurse was great, she had a positive personality and made me feel heard. She explained what was happening and what was next. My doctor was professional and to the point. I would have liked a little more connection and being heard. I was told they wouldn't give me hard pain meds, which was okay but I was prescribed over the counter Tylenol (500 mg) and only 1 every 6 hrs. Come on, I messed up my knee, its swollen, I cant bend it and I am in pain . Prescribe me Tylenol 3 (800mg) at least or let me take 2 of the 500 mg. That is my only complaint. I am gra
