NextCare Urgent Care Lincoln

This is my favorite urgent care by far! I have been here several times. They are seriously fast, and thorough! All the people I have dealt with are down to earth and caring and have all been so reassuring. I’ve been told twice by two different people here that I was a good mom and doing all the right things and sometimes it’s just a relief to hear that when you’re worried about your kids. They don’t only care about that actual patient, they care about everyone in the room and make that so incredibly clear. The first time I tried this location I was just so amazed with the people that worked there, how genuine they were, how fast they were, how caring they were…. I will continue to go back!! Hopefully I never have to though. 😅

We took a 12 year-old in with a cut right below the eyebrow. In advance, I had called the location to see if they were able to treat cuts with either glue and or stitches. They advised that they did provide those services, but of course if it was something they couldn’t handle they would refer to an ER. That was understood. They saw his cut and advised he would need to go to the emergency room. When we went to the emergency room, the doctor was astonished that they did not do it in the office. He said it was a straightforward cut, and there is no reason that they wouldn’t have done it there. It ended up costing us a lot of money at the emergency room and we had to pay the co-pay. I would not use that location if they cannot handle a simple cut as they advertise those services.

Doctor was amazing as always. I enjoy talking with him. The nurse that took my blood pressure and did other tests needs some classes on how to address people. I felt not welcome, she lacked patience, she treated me like I was a burden and inferior. If I returned I would politely ask to be seen by somebody else.

The staff were professional, friendly and kind. I really liked the physician on site that day. I hand not seen her there before. She listened to what my concern was and actually listened to what I was saying. She was friendly, had good patient bed side manner. She provided great care. The facility was clean and organized My check-in process was normal and didn’t take too long. The wait time was about 10 minutes, just like at any other doctor office. There was one person in front of me. I was in and out of there within 30 - 45 minutes.

Great customer service provided by all staff and physician. Excellent communication regarding patient concerns and action plan to resolve issues. Promptly established a referral appointment within 24hrs. Highly, highly recommend.
