NextCare Urgent Care Glendale - N. 59th Avenue

The cleanliness, patient care, customer service, speed and ease of appointment- all top notch. From the moment we stepped into the front door, I was greeted kindly and genuinely, the space was tidy and clean. The front desk lady was helpful and prompt. We were taken back to the patient rooms on time (we had an appointment) and the lady who took vitals was kind and efficient. The provider Dan, then came in and greeted my son who was being seen. Dan was the best provider we’ve ever seen outside of our own pediatrician. He was curious, knowledgeable and friendly. My son was nervous about a lab draw and Dan made a great effort to ease those nerves. I’ve got three very active boys and we’ve seen our fair share of urgent care facilities and this was by far the best experience my son and I have

Nextcare has been amazing the last few years. When I schedule ahead it's easy and I get in quick. Visits are fast and usually thorough. They consistently send in to lab or meds to pharm as they keep to their word. The virtual has been great with my kids too. A couple times the antibiotics given were too short ie 3 days or 5 days when they have my history and resistance so that's a little frustrating but overall I've had a wonderful experience for my kids and I for anything quick or minor. Highly recommend, get to know the providers in your area and go to a location that listens and a good fit. A great option in the tool kit when lives busy and need some help.

It was easy to schedule the appointment online. I couldn’t check in outside because my phone wasn’t connecting to a server so the receptionist said I could come in and do the paperwork.   I was brought  in to the exam room quickly and the MA was very kind.  I waited quite a while for the provider but once she came in, she was very caring and thorough with her exam.   She prescribed a few things and encouraged me to do some home care that would help.  I forgot to ask whether I was contagious and should stay away from people , so wasn’t sure about that.   Overall, I like this place for their no nonsense approach.   I have been here about 3 times and  would recommend this urgent care.

My visit was a success. It went smoothly and I was in and out in no time. I m not sure if it was due to my going early but I appreciate how smooth it went. Every one in the office was very nice, and I appreciate the support and gentleness as I was in so much pain. So glad that it didn’t take long. And the facility is very clean.

Unexpectedly painless visit... I will absolutely go back here if I'm in need again. There was a welcoming receptionist, easy-to-use web app for submitting records, friendly nurses, and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Deusterman was personable and supportive.
