NextCare Urgent Care Glendale - N. 43rd Avenue

I normally have a great experience here but this past visit was not the best. The nurse practitioner did not even do a through check on my daughter. She listens to her lungs, did a flu and covid test and nothing else. Did not check her ears, throat or eyes. I explained her symptoms and she automatically told me she has allergies and prescribed over the counter eye drops an allergy pill and over the counter cough syrup. Well she did in fact have an eye infection diagnosed by another doctor at a different urgent care. Thank you for wasting my time and money spent.

I received great service from the entire staff. The second I walked in the front desk were very nice and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals was also extremely nice and finaly the Dr. who helped diagnose my ear pain was also very helpful and easy to speak with and the entire team was amazing. The great teamwork of showing me great service from when I walked in to when I left, made me feel very comfortable with my visit and I will definately make sure this is where I will come for any future visits and I will also recommend this location to everyone . Thank you staff!

Came here because I had a horrible sinus infection, payed $75 to wait in the lobby for an hour, come into a room with an unfriendly nurse with a big attitude, then get transported into another room and wait another hour. Doctor finally comes in and tells me that I don’t have a sinus infection. I have a horrible headache, my mucus is bright green thick discharge, and we are told that we can’t get medications, and she tells us that I have a virus. Payed $75 just to be told I have a virus, thought that was pretty obvious already. Pathetic, never coming back to this location ever again. Update: it got even worse. We went to Walgreens to get our prescription called in by this location, (which they said would be ready in 15 minutes) we get to the counter and the pharmacist says we can’t have it

I realized I had a UTI the night prior to my appointment. The next day, I called my PCP’s office to see if either one of my doctors were in and they were not so I went onto the Nextcare website hoping they were going to have an appointment! Sure enough they had one within a few hours of checking. When I arrived I was the only one in the office and everyone was so nice. To the front office to the MA to the Doctor. Kevin knew exactly what I needed and examined me to make sure it wasn’t anything else besides the UTI. He explained my care and medication. It was a fast and great experience. I would recommend going to this location!

Ladies at the front desk were very friendly, helpful & professional. Our Doc/NP Carmen was awesome, my son was nervous about the physical but she was very friendly and had great energy. She was professional, communicative and thorough. Great experience all around
