NextCare Urgent Care Gilbert

Jon, Valorie, Sam and Michael were all wonderful to work with. The clinic was well staffed with wonderful providers and an amazing MA! Michael at the front desk was superb! Felt very well taken care of and even wait time was explained very early on in the visit. Once back in a room, the medical staff was fantastic and thorough. Super impressed for an urgent visit an hour before closing time. Thank you!

I had been feeling sick for a week after not getting better, I decided to go in to get checked out. Expecting a long wait, I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen very quickly. All of the staff were kind and friendly. My provider quickly assessed me and ordered medications. The process was very easy and pleasant. My medications were called in quickly, which has not been the case at other facilities. I would highly recommend anyone needing quick care to come here

Front desk Staff and Provider Candace Darling were courteous and knowledgeable. Made me feel good about my decision to come to urgent care, the front desk staff explained the process of my visit, and the Provider was patient with me and thorough with her diagnosis and next steps.

I was having issues with hearing so thought possible ear infection, but nope a bad case of built up ear wax. Doc Jon and assistant were both so patience and didn’t give up. I left feeling amazing and the time it took wasn’t a factor. I’m visiting in area, but if ever need to see a doc again while visiting will definitely go back to this clinic and location. A very pleasant experience, front desk staff also. Glad I decided to come in for a visit.

I have brought my 2 year old in twice for different things. Both times were fast, friendly and a breeze. The staff is kind and comforting. The last time we came my son couldn't handle the antibiotics prescribed and they immediately changed them and were ready for pick up at the pharmacy in 30 minutes from the time I called. I love this urgent care
