had a great experience at NextCare Urgent Care. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and the medical team took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. The provider was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the treatment plan before I left. The facility was clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received.

Amazing experience at NextCare Urgent Care Gilbert Crossing! I took my daughter a week before and today I went myself, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. From the moment we walked in, every staff member and doctor was incredibly friendly, patient, and reassuring. There was little to no wait time, and the entire visit was handled efficiently without ever feeling rushed. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care Gilbert Crossing to anyone needing medical attention — they are outstanding!

I was seen this past Monday night at 7PM and there was no wait. I was in an immense amount of pain and was unable to see when I was brought in. The Staff was super attentive and got me into a room right away. Candace was my provider and she came in and wasted no time examining me and coming up with a solution to eliminate the pain and help me see again! I was given super fast and extremely accurate care that calmed down my situation and made the pain all but disappear until I could get to the pharmacy for the long term medications. If you live in the area and need an Urgent Care clinic, they are great! It’s a new clinic, nice and clean, and everyone is extremely nice and the care was FAST! I can’t recommend them enough!

Mrs. Cynthia, Grencia and Nia were extremely helpful and cheerful. Had stitches and couldn't feel a thing. Offered snacks to make my visit better. Great time honestly

Unfortunately, the other low reviews were correct. I tool a friend there who wasn’t feeling well and, even though there wasn’t anyone else in the waiting room when we arrived, there was a LONG WAIT TIME, While I waited in the lobby for my friend to come out,, the receptionist was on a personal phone call for most of the time and also had 2 friends come in and visit with her. She & her friends were talking loudly about some inappropriate stuff. VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! !
