NextCare Urgent Care Fayetteville

I AM LEAVING THIS REVIEW FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORPORATE TO ACKNOWLEDGE. I have been to the 217 Glensford Ave location several times it was not until tonight that I encountered the front desk staff to be so rude and inappropriate, my son had an online appointment we came in the office to get his Covid test done. The front desk staff worn purple hair I believe her name was violet came outside with a hand written sign just as we were about to enter the building she looked at me and made eye contact with me and proceeded to turn her back to tape a sign saying “NO WALK INS, new worker comp welcome” to the front door leaving us standing there behind her awkwardly which was very rude come considering she made eye contact with me and could have open the door to let us in before taping the sign to t

While our provider (NP Jane) was nice and helpful, the experience was something I’ll never do again. The facility itself is very ran down and dirty. The wait was 2 hours so just be mindful of that. The front desk lady tried to advise me I’d have a copay although I told her my insurance 3 times. I appreciate what urgent care provides but this location needs some more resources.

I arrived just before NextCare opened at 8am on Saturday. Having never been before, I didn’t realize I could make an appt and check in online before arriving. Even still, as a walk in, I didn’t wait long. Check in was a breeze on the online platform, staff were friendly and helpful, everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Great experience! I’ve been to a few different urgent cares around town, and this is the one I’ll be returning to if needed.

My Son attempted to walk in on 2/28/26 to see a doctor prior to closing and was told that no appointments were available. He had just completed a shift working fast food and we recommended this location because they were open until 8pm. In fact, the website says "We gladly accept walk-ins until the close of our business hours". Well, that's a lie. Very disappointing!

Long wait even if you make an appointment folks will go in front of you. Because they are trying to get some of the walk ends in between The young african american lady in the back was very nice, along with the doctor who saw my baby. They took car conditions.Serious, got to work, it resolved our issues quickly.Once we got back.
