NextCare Urgent Care Chandler

In the last cpuple days i noticed that in a small cut on my finger started swelling and redand appeared to have infection under skin , also noticed what seemed like 2 or 3 ingrown hairs on the inside of my thight that also started swelling and got red with signs of possible infection, so i came here to  this urgent care where i have come before . It seemed serious enough to get immediate attention instead of making appointment with primary care physician which takes weeks to get in . As always I came about an hour or 2 before you guys closed and was not very busy , I believe 2 people ahead of me , my wait time for a walk in was about 20 minutes or so i think . Not long at all , Like always all the staff , nurses and doctor were very nice and gave me antibiotics and a antibiotic cream i bel

Had a very bad experience.the nurse practitioner Pedro did not do a flu test, assumed my child doesn't have it, prescribed antibiotics for ear infections. Child's health and symptoms worsen, so we saw pediatrician and she said that she has no ear infection, and have flu, she shouldn't have been prescribed antibiotics but a flu medication. Because of this urgent care. He was misdiagnosed and has been suffering with even severe symptoms for more than a week now. Do not go to this urgent care. The nurse or medical assistant who saw us was super rude, too. Never had such a bad experience at any urgent care. Do NOT go here.

I booked 3 back to back appointments on 1/23, as we clearly had respiratory infections. During the first virtual exam, the Dr prescribed tamiflu, and shared that it may be outside the window to work. I cancelled the following two appointments so we could physically come in clinic to be seen, because she mentioned doing an at home Covid/flu test. We needed antibiotics. However, this Dr had already grabbed the two following appointments and charged me for them. I requested refunds for at least the two visits I did not authorize charges for. This was denied, and I requested a second look. Denied again. This is especially disappointing because we did come back 1/26 and were all seen, and given proper medication. Great staff. Efficient system. Went quickly & that was even with getting a chest x-ray. I will definitely seek this location out first if/when the need arises again. I WAS A WALK-IN. I’m sure it’s even better when you make an appointment. Check them out.

Convenient location. Easy to make appointment. Clean facility. Took 30-45 minutes to be called back to triage with only one other person there waiting on test results. Front desk guy had on so much cologne that I and my husband could both taste it. Then the girl sprayed Lysol on the entire front counter and made it even worse. Triage nurse couldn't hear my BP (notoriously low due to heart med) and said he would try again in the exam room. He didn't. He didn't like that I declined the covid test. He said something about it and then walked out of the triage room to an exam room before I could tell him I didn't want it. When I finally found the exam room and told him "No.", he had already opened swab/test. "I asked you!" Yes, but you didn't wait for my answer, you assumed. FYI, all testing
