NextCare Urgent Care Casa Grande

I recently cut my finger and went to NextCare Urgent Care for treatment. The staff was amazing and took great care of me. They were professional, attentive, and the whole process was very fast. I really appreciated how quickly they helped me and how well they handled everything. If you need urgent care, I definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and the wait time was reasonable. The FNP Jadeh Marselis Moore was exceptional—kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan of care. I truly felt cared for, not rushed. I had a great experience. I was seen very quickly , starting from the on line registration to being brought back to my visit. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. After completing the on line registration, I was called back right away. The establishment was very clean as I walked through to the exam rooms. I saw FNP Shaanon Crouch who was incredibly kind, attentive, and very personable. I never felt rushed. She took the time to address all my concerns regarding my symptoms and provided both a Plan A and Plan B, which I really appreciated. It allowed me to make the best decision for my care. I honestly wish she was my PCP. Thank you to the staff and Shaanon Crouch for getting me in and out so quickly.

Doctor was kind and attentive. It was a quick appointment but I felt that If there was more needed, there would have been no hesitation on her end. Thank you The Afrin has really helped, it cleared my sinus,I've never used it :). Such a simple thing. I picked up next door at Dolla Tree and also Saline Nose Rinse and bottle at Dolla Tree!!

Marvelous Moore FNP, Jaden had no bedside manners at all. Told me if I had more than one issue, I shouldn't go to urgent care. He handles only one issue. I asked to checks my ears for an infection and UTI. Pulled my ears and stuck a sharp stick in my right ear too far that I heard it hit something that pinged. I had called my doctor originally and couldn't get an appointment until one week. My doctor suggested to go to urgent care. Treated poorly with disrespect. Lourdes Ramos
