NextCare Urgent Care Cary

Great experience being cared for at NextCare ! Jasmine my RN and Justin S. the Dr were so kind, thorough and caring during my visit. Also my last minute appointment went very smooth and quickly. The front desk reception was also very courteous and friendly!

I always receive fast service and an accurate diagnoses when visiting this clinic. I’ve been going to this urgent care for 5 years and am always treated kindly and shown genuine care towards any sickness I have faced. I recommend making an appointment online. It takes about 5 minutes it’s quick and easy. They will keep your insurance information on file so that each time you make an online appointment it’s as easy as hitting submit after a quick check over your details. This way You won’t have to fill out papers when you go in. Every time I’ve made an appointment I’ve always waited max 30 minutes. Going in without an appointment obviously that’s at a risk of possibly waiting a while so definitely utilize the quick online portal. I’ll always choose this clinic!

The wait took forever and it was only one person ahead of me.. took over an hour to do a drug test & physical which only consisted of checking my vision and moving my body to make sure I can lift. That visit could have easily been 30 minutes. Then the doctor whom did my physical just walked right in, he didn’t knock or nothing, I was dressed but still should have been a knock since i’m a female or even a patient. They were pretty nice there but some things definitely have room for improvement.

I’m so grateful for this office. Yesterday was my second time here. They were very thorough and listened to me regarding my history and what abx work best for me. I needed some additional assistance today, so I called. The nice lady at the desk was so helpful and emailed me everything I had requested. Thank you all!!

Employees don't know their working hours. They told me to come on Saturday, but I later realized it was closed.
