Customer Reviews
I am suffering from an extreme cold and unable to see my primary care doctor. I explained my symptoms and requested cough syrup with codeine so I could sleep through the night until I could see my primary care. See offered a nebulizer that l thought would be prescription. They brought in a machine. I asked thinking I was getting a prescription. I explained that was a one and done and what about long term. She said that was not how they treat this cough.... even though, that is precisely what she was going to do. I asked if I could at least get the codeine cough syrup as the pharmacy would close soon. She sent "over the counter cough syrup." Please understand that I am a person of dark skin and I felt because I did not want a one time treatment that I must have wanted the cough syrup for
Worst experience ever! Brought my granddaughter (8 years old) with fever, sore throat, congestion. The nurse (Chelsea T) was awful. I asked for a strep test and she didn't want to do it and when she did do it she was rude and very aggressive with her shoving the swab down her throat and moving it around all hard. She was so rude the whole time and my granddaughter is not typically scared at her doctor appointments but this girls manner was the worst! Do NOT let this girl around your children. She is in the wrong profession. The front desk was also rude. Judging by the huge sign saying they don't tolerate aggressive behavior posted in the lobby I would say they have alot of parents and patients that don't put up with the awful way they treat people and speak out. If you can go ANYWHERE els
My daughter had a sprained ankle and they were able to see us pretty quickly. The doctor was very kind and thorough. My only complaints are that they gave her crutches that were too small, so we ended up needing to buy bigger ones. Also, they sent us out for an x-ray and said they would follow up when the results came back, but we never got the call from them. I was able to get the info by looking in my daughter’s online chart, but we never heard directly from the doctor.
I am livid. This was the most unprofessional healthcare experience I have ever had. I will be reporting my experience to the Department of Public Health. When I walked into the clinic today, the lobby smelled heavily of weed. I was scheduled for an in-person visit, but upon my arrival I was told there was no provider. I understand things happen, but you can at least notify your patients via text about this before they make the drive. Additionally, the MA was not wearing medical scrubs. She was wearing a tie die t-shirt, sweats, and crocs. I expect to have clean uniform scrubs (FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES!!). I also want to express my frustration with the appointment itself. When I was being questioned about my symptoms, as well as being tested, I was in an open room. There was no curtain or door,
Everyone was fantastic! I have had a cold on and off for almost 1.5 months, it would get better and then a few/several days later it would come back. I was fed up with it when I felt a new one coming on and the diagnosed a sinus infection, prescribed some medication and even though it has only been a couple of days I am feeling a ton better. Thank you, it was much quicker than a traditional doctor appointment and super friendly.
