Known owner/operator Kelly PT for 49 years. Been under her care since 2019. I'm 67 and very active. She customizes my care to fit my current needs as I get older. Without Next Step my "aches and pains" would make me feel my age! Always changing WITH YOUR NEEDS she makes it FUN for YOU.
I absolutely love this physical therapy business! Next Step is the best PT business I've ever been to and since I have multiple sclerosis I'm sure I will be having a long term relationship with physical therapy and I'm so glad that I found Next Step. The ladies there really do care about you and your health and consider you family the minute you walk in the door.
Have had very positive experience. Extremely helpful and beneficial. Much less pain currently - began at a level 9 to 10 - and today 7/29/25 maybe half of one point. So happy with results. Highly recommend Kelly Gaygen and Next Step PT Services. Thank you.
Kelly and her staff are polite, friendly, and thorough. They very professional and I would recommend them to all who physical therapy!
