I had a great experience at this urgent care. The wait time was surprisingly quick, and everything felt very organized and efficient from the moment I walked in. The receptionist Koko was kind and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and easy. The medical assistant Shana was knowledgeable and professional, and Ashley, who administered my injection, was incredibly gentle — I honestly didn’t feel a thing. The NP Beverly was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood my diagnosis. My prescriptions were sent promptly as well. Jakeera also had such a positive and uplifting attitude during discharge, which really stood out and made the entire visit end on a great note. They were inspiring, nurturing, and truly took the time to make me feel comfortable and supported. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their patients. I genuinely love this location and the excellent staff they set the standard for compassionate care.

This was one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Everything was organized, the wait wasn’t bad, and the care was genuinely top-tier. Nurse Practitioner Beverley was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer my questions without rushing. Jakeera, the med tech, was equally amazing. I had a very positive experience at this Next Level location. The receptionist had a great attitude and was very helpful in directing me in completing my registration forms, even though they had been sent to me via email and I had not completed them prior to my visit. I apologized and she still kept a great attitude. The Nurse Practitioner, Kechi, was absolutely awesome! She knows her stuff and had a great connection with me and my situation. I appreciated her attitude, demeanor and overall personality. We briefly chatted about Nursing professions and she was helpful and knowledgeable in the education path to Nursing. To me, that’s Next Level service. Thank you for helping me to heal.

Ive been here twice already and the service is always great. Fast and accomodating. Very kind helpful staff. Jazeera , Samantha and Chelsea got me all set up to see the doctor and kept me comfortable while I waited (which was not long). I was glad to be attended by Dr. Beverly for the second time. Shes a great doctor, listens to your concerns and addresses everything. They take their time caring for you.
