Next Level Urgent Care | Cinco Ranch

I visited Urgent Care Cinco Ranch on Friday 02-27-26 due to abdominal and back pain. During that visit, the doctor was very kind and the staff was amazing. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received at that time. Unfortunately, my experience on Sunday03-01-26 was very different. I called to ask if I could speak with the doctor to ask a few follow-up questions regarding my visit. The call center representative advised me not to do that and instead suggested I come back in for a follow-up visit, explaining that because it was within 48 hours, I would not be billed. I thought that was a great benefit and decided to go in, even though I was still experiencing significant back and stomach pain and was not physically up to returning. Next Level Urgent care provides the best service. My daughter broke her hand at school and needed an X-ray. They got us in right away (granted we got there before they opened for the day) but we were seen and out in less than an hour. In fact, we paid out of pocket because the alternative was to go over to the hospital to see her pediatrician and I knew it would take all day. They were kind, helpful and fast!

My family and I always come to this urgent care for any minor needs, and they consistently provide excellent care. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, and every visit feels smooth from check-in to checkout. The providers take their time to listen and explain things clearly, which we really appreciate. One tip I highly recommend: make an appointment or join the waitlist before you arrive. I’ve noticed that when I do this, I’m called back much quicker than walk-ins who arrived before me. It makes the visit even easier. This is truly a reliable and trustworthy urgent care clinic. I’m feeling better already. Highly recommend.

Best urgent care I’ve been to, by far! I had a laceration on my big toe and was informed I needed stitches. Yvonne and Issac were great! They were very nice and made the whole procedure pain free.

Was referred here from my usual place as the doctor we usually see wasn’t there and the doctor working does not accept the Medicaid my child has. Came in as a walk in and was accommodated quickly. The staff is SO kind and friendly and the office is nice and clean. Overall a pleasant visit. Definitely recommend.
