Excellent lab! The work is top quality, great customer service, easy communication, and very user friendly portal. They always make sure you’re stocked with plenty of labels, and over all they are highly skilled and professional.

This lab has been fantastic for me once we got our line of communication down. They are precise and do a great job as long as what they receive from me is good. Their precision required me to improve the quality of scans that I send out, making me a better doc. I find removable difficult to justify due to shipping times, but digital fixed cases have become a slam dunk here. Typically, zero adjustments needed. I had a difficult case recently; we ran into some complications and Heather was able to help me out and get all of the new records we needed to ensure everything turned out correctly. She followed the case to completion, and it was perfect. Very impressed.

Do not use this lab. Quality of the work is very bad. Everything that comes back needs so much adjusting and never fits the way it should. Switched to another lab and have not had this issue once. Best decision I’ve made. I recommend for everyone to save their money and stay away from this lab. Their prices are very cheap but that’s about all they got going for them. They also charge you for reduction copings which when you place them on the tooth there isn’t even anything to reduce, just a way for them to get extra money out of you. You end up wasting so much chair time adjusting their work and then they charge you shipping both ways to have it remade. Not to mention the work takes about 3-4 weeks to come in because impressions are sent overseas where they make the cases. Had a few cases
