NEXS MEDICAL-Your family Doctor Katy

My experience has been really good since I've been coming to Nexs. I'm called to the back within 10 minutes. The staff is pretty friendly. Dr. Akther is great. She's professional, detailed and has a sharp memory. Dr Akther's assistant, Ms Collins was very nice, helping to set the tone for the visit , which included blood work.

I love my doctor. The staff upfront is super helpful and sweet and nice every time that you call them. Dr Akther is through and informative. And she listens to everything she doesn’t rush you out 10 out of 10 she’s the best doctor that I’ve ever been to as a pcp

The quality of care here is excellent. The team is kind, attentive, and generous with their time. Alyssa at the front desk is truly a godsend—she’s compassionate, organized, and ensures my mother’s referrals reach the right doctors. The entire staff has been wonderful, consistently on time and responsive to her needs. Dr. Atcker is also exceptional

Just did my annual physical exam with Dr. Jiang in her new clinic. Highly recommended service with her wonderful team. Everyone here is so sweet and professional. Dr. Jiang has extensive experience and expertise in family medicine and geriatric care. We are so happy to be under her care for years.

I needed a new primary physician in the Katy area. Dr. Mst Akther was very professional listen to my concerns and build a dependable care plan and treatment. Lab work is fast and efficient, but I do see what everyone else says about the front desk receptionists…..went multiple times and half of the time the receptionists were rude(like eye rolls or sighing) and very blunt. Other than the negatives the positives outweigh them!
