Went to The One for my infusion. Was greeted by very friendly sucerity and escorted to elevator area. Upon reaching infusion center I was checked in immediately. I waited 5 minutes to be called. My nurse was very professional and accommodating. Was done within an hour.

5 star building with 0 star valet car service. Waited literally 1 hour on a Monday afternoon to get my car.

Wonderful nurses at the Infusion Center. Caring, extremely professional and often asked if I needed anything. I highly recommend this new hospital. Every staff person I met at the hospital was very helpful and polite.

In spite of arriving to the hospital 2 hours early for outpatient surgery, I was ushered in only 10 minutes after arrival. The staff and the nurses were pleasant communicative and helpful. The surgery went much better than expected and I could not be more pleased.

The edifice is clearly intended to impress but is massive, cold, and uninviting. Valet parking check-out is outdoors -- how thoughtful for NYP's elderly and disabled patients. The security staff appears to have been trained by descendants of the Stasi. The radiology suite waiting area is ludicrously large and had less than a handful of patients waiting in it to be called. Nevertheless, for an MRI w/o contrast it took nearly two and a half hours from check-in to exit. At HSS, I'm out in less than an hour and at NYU Langone less than 90 minutes. The arm chairs throughout the radiology suite and in the lobby are stiff, curveless and uncomfortable for patients with orthopedic issues. Artwork to humanize the areas is either scant or nowhere to be found. I, for one, will not be returning to "The
