I have been trying to get on life saving asthma medication for 8 weeks now. The pharmacy liaison Terinisha told my doctors office that she had called me and left a voicemail — she didn’t. Then when I called her she told me her team was working on financial assistance. Then two weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called. She told me I make too much money for financial assistance. I thought this sounded weird because I make a very modest amount of money, and definitely cannot afford the $1800 copay. For weeks and weeks after that she told me that it was on my doctors office to figure it out. I finally called my doctors office and they told me that it’s impossible to make too much money for financial assistance because there isn’t a financial component to the copay program. When I c

"Attempted" to deliver medication (they never attempted anything). I called back immediately, and got told that it's too late and they can attempt re-delivery in two days. Do not file your prescriptions here, they will not do a good faith attempt to deliver.

Very unprofessional pharmacy. They arrived twice with medication deliveries when I was not present on an unannounced visit failing to comply with my request to at least call when they were en route. Each time their delivery people gave a rude and unprofessional response demanding I drop everything and leave my job to retrieve delivery that they were too lazy to properly notify me about. I brought this to the attention of their administrators and it went on deaf ears. For this reason, I stopped working with this pharmacy and if others think they are dealing with the same level of rudeness unprofessionalism and unannounced deliveries, I strongly advise them to switch pharmacies as they are not the only pharmacy in the area.

Completely incompetent. You cannot rely upon them to get your refills to you timely. You will miss doses as I have. Stay away.

Very poor communication. Each person I speak to promises to pass along the information and have someone get back to me, but they never do.
