My father has been hospitalized for the past few days in the Neuro ICU. During this very difficult and emotional time for our family, we were truly blessed to have Nurse Jing Li taking care of him. She has been incredibly patient, responsible, and compassionate. Her attentiveness and kindness made my father feel genuinely cared for and safe. Not only did she provide professional medical care, but she also showed heartfelt empathy and warmth, which meant so much to both him and our entire family. In such a critical environment like the ICU, having a nurse who combines expertise with true compassion makes all the difference. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and love for her patients. We would like to sincerely thank PA Phil (a male nurse in his early 30s), who assisted us during

The New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital is misusing their power and authority to deprive my mother from communicating with her family. They have admitted her into the hospital and refused to let her sons visit her, know her health condition or when she will be released this is distressing to my mother 83 years old. This hospital is abusing and causing hardship for the whole family while the staff continues without any empathy or care. The ER bathroom was like the 34thstreet Penn Station public bathroom after a football game. I searched for information on this Queens branch of the hospital. I found numerous complaints about this same branch. Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, BBB, and Indeed that will verify my complaints many times over. I see the employees are also extremely unhappy working in

NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital is truly one of the best hospitals you can visit. The care and service are absolutely incredible. I went to the Emergency Room on Sunday at 4:20 a.m. with severe pain and could barely walk. From the moment I arrived, they assisted me immediately. Even the security guard kindly helped me when he saw how much pain I was in. The doctors and nurses provided excellent care. They were professional, compassionate, and checked on me constantly to make sure I was okay. I felt safe, cared for, and truly supported during a very difficult moment. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and fast response. Highly recommended! 🙏💙

🌟 An Absolutely Beautiful Experience!🌟 I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hospital staff, especially Doctor Andrés Somoza, MD, and George Lumilan, RN. Their dedication, care, and professionalism made my visit to the emergency room much more bearable. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Somoza was kind, courteous, professional, caring, and above all, empathetic and gentle. Nurse Lumilan was simply wonderful. Together, they truly reflect a commitment to helping others. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you for your commitment to the health and well-being of patients! Flor Zaky

They saved my grandpa’s life. He went in swollen and came out back to his old self. The ER waiting room bathroom doesn’t have soap. Other than that the staff are doing the best they can considering how many people get treated here. Special thanks to the crew in ER including Mohammed and 3 ladies. One is Natalie. The other ladies I forgot their names but they took care of my grandpa in a very cramped space with many many patients. The upstairs staff I want to thank Naby? I forgot his name but he is from Colombia. Also Cindy and our case manager.
