Newton-Wellesley Medical Group Primary Care Millis

Oh Happy Day!! I called a few weeks ago and made arrangements to have 2 of my teens switch to have their primary doctor here. Made all of the arrangements with the insurance. That way I knew everything was going to be official! One of my teens needs medicine. I called to schedule a physical for October or November of this year. Jennifer was rude from the beginning. She didn't care that the insurance company let me choose the doctor at the practice, who I had already made arrangements to have as my children's doctor. She didn't ask for their names, she just cared that the doctor was NOT NOW taking new patients. As I have mentioned I made arrangements to make this change prior to the doctor not taking new patients. I tried to talk to Sheryl about it was well who also only cared about the d
