Newton Medical

The excellent care and diagnosis with follow up was beyond what we expected at an urgent care fascility. We were received quicker than an ER and the medical staff was caring and kind. When later, we had to go to ER because this location wasn't open, the pain although subsided by injections at hospital, we were not given further inforamtion to move forward with continued healing. We returned to Newton Urgent Care and were given ideas, a map forward to pursue. We pursued and received a better health outcome. We recommend these highly educated NPs that think outside the box for cures. Compassionate care. Thank you Natalia Losi and staff.

Here at Newton for an emergency I’m here telling the PA my problems and even showing my medical records and the PA is sitting here telling me and trying to figure out what’s wrong even though I’m telling her. Their is no doctor available and she refuses to listen to me. She wants to wait for results when I’m sitting here telling and showing her my issues. And yet treating me she is looking for specific’s. When I asked her name realizing she had no badge she says it’s on the paper and I told you already. I will be contacting BBB and the company.

I was traveling and I got an eye infection I just assumed was pink eye. It was getting worse and I decided to get it treated immediately instead of waiting till I got home. I chose Newton because of its location. The doctor was attentive, taking time to understand what was going on. It wasn't pink eye, it was something more serious, and because the doctor at Newton took time to talk to me about my travels and how the infection actually started, which was after an eye injury, she was able to accurately diagnose the issue. If it had been mis-treated as pink eye at first and the real cause found later there could have been permanent damage. I can't recommend Newton enough. I see reviews here about reception, which I had no problem with, but when you go for medical services, it is a competent

Went here two times in last year. Both times got in fairly fast (maybe lucky those days?), very little waiting. They even let me wait in my car, and called me on my cell when it was my time. Super helpful. The doctor was nice, expertly experienced and very helpful.

The receptionists, nurse and PA were all phenomenal. I didn’t fell rushed and am happy to be able to establish a primary with them. I have have called so many places and they are so booked out or don’t call you back. I felt like they did an amazing job at addressing my concerns and I didn’t feel judged. They were compassionate and thorough. I’m looking forward to a healthier me:)
