The hygienists here are amazing and so kind. However, the office is very old school and the treatment methods are inefficient. I went in for my first set of braces and some basic adjustments and ended up staying in braces for over five years with Dr. Miller. He would begin an adjustment and attach new hardware, and then forget about his plan by the next visit. I had two loose chains that he had attached and then forgot to use, left freely dangling in the back of my mouth for nearly a year, causing food buildup and sores. He is also unnecessarily rough when working with patients, more than once unnecessarily making me bleed by using my gums as leverage for his wire tools. When I finally got my braces off, my teeth were still misaligned and flared, it was an incomplete job. I asked for him

Everyone at Concord Family Orthodontics is great. Dr. Miller and his staff are always so pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Nice office, Convenient location and we are always able to book an appointment that works with our schedule. I would highly recommend this office if you or your child needs braces.

Dr Miller is exceptional. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. My kids never give me a hard time about going to their appointments and the wait time is usually quick. Very happy about choosing Dr. Miller. Also, Joanne at the front desk is so amazing. Always so pleasant and helpful. It's so good to know that people care.

I absolutely love going to Dr Miller’s Concord office. The staff is so professional and friendly! My Invisalign treatment is going great and is the easiest. I highly recommend Dr Miller. The minute you walk into the office I feel so welcomed by the staff and Jo-Ann at the front desk runs the show! It’s always decorated accordingly to the holidays, booking is always so easy. Always looking forward to my appointments and I drive all the way from the Northshore about an hour away.. love love Concord Family Orthodontics. ❤️

I would highly recommend this practice! My husband had his orthodontic work done by Dr. Miller as did my niece and two nephews. They all ended up with beautiful smiles! Because of Dr. Miller's great work we now have our 10 and 7 year old going to Concord Family Orthodontics.
