I have always had friendly, patient and helpful service. Any special needs or problems have been addressed and resolved. I would recommend New Sound to anyone in need of hearing devices and who, like me, appreciates a place to be helped rather than just a phone voice (not always a real person) to answer questions and resolve problems.

I have to give 5 stars for the level of patience that the staff showed me in clear lake. Given the kind of hearing loss that I have made it a challenge, but a challenge the staff made look easy. The APP is way cool and absolutely love the Bluetooth and the noise canceling feature of the IRIS AI hearing aids. I like that the streaming volume is adjustable so you can still hear external sounds. And even though they go over the ear, no one knows you are wearing them. They have several to choose from but I wanted the best. Well done!

Christy and staff have taken personal and professional care of me since my first appointment, and it continues months later with each visit to check my aids. My hearing is vastly improved over my old OTC aids. I'm so happy to have chosen NewSound and I might add Christy's location in Webster, TX.
