I needed a hearing test and was having a hard to finding a place. I spoke with the receptionist of this location and she was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Very happy how she fit me into the schedule and got my test completed.

Not impressed at all with service I received today. The technician found wax in my ears but could not remove it and wanted me to come back when someone else could do it. WHY can’t she do it ?? Appears they were more interested in selling me a service plan. When I was on the warranty they had me come every month so they could bill the manufacturer. Now that I am on their service plan they want every 4 months because they have no one to bill. Will be looking for a new office that services Starkey hearing aids and their owners

I have seen three different hearing instrument specialists at NewSound Hearing. All have been professional and informative, especially Thea. They provide high quality service for those with hearing deficiencies. Thea is a pleasure to communicate with and goes out of her way to accommodate patients needs.
