Newport Hills Pediatric Dentistry

Took my 15 month old today, I was very happy with the Dentistry Office amd feel it is a great environment for young toddlers. The environment from the waiting room was great, disney movie playing, books to read and comfortable seating. I filled out forms prior to the apt so it was very easy to check-in. The office staff was nice and friendly. My baby felt at ease the whole time. And there were special things done for her to feel comfortable. We were guided through out the apointment with great care by Dr Tam and his assitant. As a parent I received valuble educational resources to take care of my childs teeth now and as they fully bloom.

The dentists and staff here are so kind and gentle, and they made my chlidren feel completely at ease. The treatment was done with great care and precision, and we’re really happy with the whole experience.

Dr. Tam saw my son last minute due to an accident that left my son with a broken front tooth. They were so generous with their time and took care of him so thoroughly. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Newport Hills Pediatric Dentistry!!!

Complete Lack of Responsibility and Respect for Patients I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. A month ago, I scheduled a dental appointment for my daughter at Pediatric Dentistry. Today, I took time off work - losing half a day of pay - and went through all the trouble of picking my daughter up early from school, which meant she missed her classes, just to make it to the appointment on time. When we arrived, the receptionist calmly said there was no appointment in the system. No effort to check, no empathy, just a careless: “Well, maybe it wasn’t saved. It's possible.” What??!! During our conversation, it became clear that this same receptionist had actually spoken with me a month ago, because she remembered how we discussed about last appointment slot on that

Great pediatric dentists. The appointments were right on time. The kids were entertained and comfortable while getting their teeth cleaned and examined. Highly recommend.
