Best service and Care EVER! Dr Whitaker took comprehensive methodical steps to finally determine why my 14 yo chi mix was having very soft stools where other Vets gave probiotics! Dr. W has the depth of knowledge & wisdom only few Doctors develop. This wisdom helped all my senior dogs have better Senior Years! Now we have a new rescue puppy to bring new fun back into the pack! Our new puppy loved their grooming where she refused other private grooming services in CDM. The groomer allowed the puppy's buddy to stay in the cage with her which kept her calm. Everyone who works there is positive, helpful and a team player! Our 7# min Chi had his teeth cleaned and only two small teeth pulled. So Grateful for dr. Whitaker! Happy Dog!

I took my Persian cat for grooming at Newport Hills veterinarian clinic. The groomer came out to speak with me at 7:30 AM in the morning, and I told the groomer that he needed to be cut short on his underbelly because he gets matting due to his thick fur and he typically gets cut short. When I went to pick them up to my surprise, the groomer took it upon himself to give him a lion cut in winter. I was beyond furious, management Kristy decided that $100 was a good rebate to offer an extend, and additionally went onto offer me to speak to the groomer to see where the miscommunication was… So take your cat here if you want it to be shaved!

Super friendly staff. Had a great vet experience but we often take our cat in to get her nails trimmed. They do a great job

Not my favorite place. When we took my dog (who is currently in heaven) to this place they overcharged us and made our dog’s diagnosis seem like it was not that big of a deal. We went to get a second opinion, we found out her diagnosis was more serious than we thought and we ended up having to put her down. I would not recommend bringing your pet to this place.

We trusted three of our fur babies here and VERY disappointed. 1. There is little to no communication from what seems like a very overworked staff. We are not the only ones who have brought our animal in for services they “forgot” to perform but blame you for somehow (ie: I've heard multiple complaints and unhappy customers while just sitting in the office!) I called ahead asking for a re-check swab on my dog while boarding, my husband dropped her off and specified the same, then they bathed her and didn’t do the swab (can’t if she’s clean!) when we came to pick her up they said we needed to specify ahead of time “next time” (which we did, twice) meanwhile it is a significant challenge to bring her in bc of her age, ailments and having a newborn that can’t be around her skin condition and
