The debris was very professional, forward pricing clean office very fast appointment all my work was done total satisfaction

Don't pick Dr Tandis Eftekhari or Newport Dental Center. I was lied to and rejected as a new patient. They said the medical codes that they gave me after the x-rays completed by them were not all covered but my insurance said they were all covered. Later I got an email saying they dismissed me because I was not willing to pay $750 cash instead of using the dental insurance as it is in-network to cover it when they said my insurance was active but this office still denied me and said the insurance won't cover for the same dental med codes that my provider over the phone said are covered 100%. And in the email this office sent me, they dismissed me and said I should see another dentist. So I will and so should you.

Dr Eftekhari gets 10 stars!! She is professional and has a wonderful way with treating her patients with respect. She replaced an existing crown on my top front tooth, and crowned the surrounding 3 teeth, giving me a perfectly natural and beautiful smile! She is honest and I would trust her to handle any dental situation, from routine checkups, to implants, crowns & veneers. I highly recommend Dr Eftekhari.

I do not want to return to this establishment due to the rude comments that were made to me by the staff The staff actually made comments regarding the amount of dental work someone has received. Things that were said to my face in this office: "Wow, you've had a lot of work done in your mouth" "You've spent a lot of time in a dentist chair huh.......or maybe not enough" I informed the office that I was struggling financially, after already taking out a credit card to pay for the first visit, and they told/asked me to borrow money from a friend or family member,increase my credit limit, or open ANOTHER line of credit to pay for dental work! Love this place!! First off, Yadira(front desk) is so sweet whenever I’ve come in for a cleaning. Always upbeat and positive with a smile on her face! Dr. E is also amazing. Love how caring, quick, and efficient this place is! Thank you guys!!
