Had a great experience here very kind and courteous staff professional and experienced vet

Very friendly staff, we came as a walk in and were seen immediately. Dr Smith was great with Hank! This is the second time I have used this clinic and I am very satisfied with the care and compassion the Dr and staff has shown our dogs.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! While traveling for work my little LeeLoo got sick. The Dr wuz the only one for miles that would see her as a walk in. I wuz desperate!!! The Dr wuz very informative and compassionate. He listened to me and together we came up with the best plan that would work for us. I can't tell u how much I appreciate it. The staff at Newport Animal Clinic need to work on their manners. In the service industry, you’re meant to be polite. I looked up and smiled at each of the 3 medical professionals that entered the room at our appointment- including Dr. Nhianh Pasierb. Not a single one even looked at me. Let alone say, “Hi, how are you doing?” Is there a policy of being rude to customers at the Newport Animal Clinic? Because every staff member seemed to be operating rudely.

Their staff is always super friendly and polite. Joe David is an amazing that and you can tell that he obviously cares about the animals. It's never difficult to get my dog into the Vet when I need to.
