NewMed Immediate Care Rolling Meadows

This is my fourth time to reach out for the professional help at your clinic over the past six years. As a medical professional myself, I am always impressed by the efficiency with which this office runs.!! I have never had to wait to be seen. There really is immediate care. From the desk, to the assistance, to the provider, I am treated with kindness, information and excellent care and remediation of my medical issue. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. I would give this facility 10 stars. Three of my children are physicians and they two are so impressed when I tell them about the care that I receive here. With gratitude, I think everyone. I refer everyone I know to this wonderful healthcare clinic.!!

I went in today and once again I was amazed how quickly I checked in and seen. Very friendly office staff. I was seen today by Andrea Seney Pac AND Erika and they were so fast egocentric and friendly and just amazing !! I felt so heard and taken care of, what these ladies do are amazing and I just wish all medical offices could be like them, they are a perfect example of what Healthcare should be, thank you so much for everything you ladies do!!!!

From the moment I booked my appointment I was impressed by the kind and compassionate treatment I received. This carried through to the efficient and thorough examination and review with their clinician. I haven't been this comfortable in a medical setting in a long time. I'm grateful for the care I received and for the kindness!

They don't have an imagining machine but the p.a. was very nice and wrapped my ankle and refered me to a place to take an xray. I. Wish I would have called and known that first but that's on me. Front desk persons were pleasant and quick. Was in and out in less than 30 min!

I have been coming here for several years now and until recently thought very highly of them. Today I reached out for a refill of medication that they have issued me in the past for nausea. Requested a TeleMed appointment because I’m so sick to my stomach that I keep throwing up and do not think that I can get in my car and drive there without vomiting in my vehicle. So I requested a TeleMed appointment which I’ve done many times before has never been an issue and today right off the bat when trying to schedule the TeleMed appointment, I get a little girl on the phone who is rude as I’ll get out.
