I have dealt with M edicjne Shoppe as a system in multiple cities but when I moved here 20 months ago, I have found a lack of caring and respect when dealing d directly with me, a retired physician. As a result of aging and injuries, I have chronic back pain, that seems to have dumped me into I the category of Crackpots and addicts. . My first e per I e n ce with the Pharmacy as NEWMAN, was rude. I called for refills of prescriptions which I had filled before in this building and they contacted the c wrong doctor's office and I was denied . I got no message or call, nor even an apology. This time, 1/13/26 , I saw my lrovider for an injury with exam and Xray and laboratory. Due to the increased pain I requested a more potent prescription until I can lower my dosing, .myself. Started using this place back in December 2023 and the service has gone down hill since then. If you offer a service that makes it easier to fill in your prescription by calling their number and entering in your rx# and usually they would have it ready in less than two days. Nope not anymore and when I call to ask when it will be ready I get asked every time , “Well when do you want it to be ready.” I want it ready when I call it in that shouldn’t be hard and I shouldn’t have to call and speak to a person to ask them to refill my medicine when they have a phone refill service. One time a woman said, “well I’m about to clock out so I don’t know when it could be ready.” One time a woman said, “you should have called two days ago because what if we don’t have the medicine.” WHAT KIND OF STATE

Very disappointed to find out that they don't accept coupons 😡. I'll be switching pharmacies back to Walmart to use Good RX

Give em an extra hour over what they tell ya and you'll be golden. Tate is the man..

When you call and ask about the approximate time for a prescription to be ready, they’ll tell you 15-20 minutes. It’s usually ready about an hour and a half after you get off the phone.
