I called ahead to confirm that all my medications were ready, and the staff member said yes, but instructed me to bring my insurance information. My husband and I walked in, and the staff member handed me my prescriptions, but informed me that one was missing. I questioned him, and he stated that the remaining prescriptions would not be available until the following day. My husband explained that we had called ahead specifically to ensure that all prescriptions would be ready for pickup that day, as we rely on walking for transportation. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff. My medications are always correct and ready when I need them. Milán is very polite and always available to answer any questions I may have. Milan and his staff are absolutely the most helpful understanding informative and generous type of people that go above and beyond their Call of Duty when it comes to helping their clients. Our Family loves Newburgh Pharmacy. They are a small personal pharmacy.There is a sense of you as a customer being valued. When you walk through the door you are always greeted with a smile and they all know your name. They are very professional, for example I was going to fill a prescription that I had received and the pharmacist immediately told me that the prescription would react with one of the medications that I was currently on. The staff truly care about each individuals health and I highly recommend that you patronize them.
