First: Dr. Alex, Thank you! I have been in agony with a tooth ache for about 2 months. Like the kind of pain that wakes you up in the middle of the night and keeps you up. Just constantly in pain. I had to wait for my dental plan to kick in before I could make any appointments. Dr. Alex and his tech knew by my xrays that i was in pain. He gave me antibiotics and gave me pain meds. Then sent me to his specialist: I needed a root canal in a large back tooth. And they're tricky. The specialist; i cant remember his name. I was so nervous I'm not sure i ever asked. He made sure I felt nothing. I have had root canals before and they always hurt. Not with him. If I even flinched, he was on it. He said there was going to be 0 pain. And I promise there was 0 pain. I have been a patient at this dental office for several years. I stayed largely because it was easier to remain established than to find a new provider, but after repeated issues, I will not be returning. Over the years, appointments were canceled multiple times due to staffing issues, including hygienists being out with COVID. When cancellations occurred, no effort was made to fit us in sooner, we were simply told they were booked for six months. That is not acceptable customer service. On one occasion, I was told by one dentist that I had a chipped tooth requiring repair. I took time off work to come in for the procedure, only for another dentist to examine me and say there was no chip and nothing needed to be done. I used to be deathly afraid of going to the dentist as a child and adult. I could never find a dentist office where I didn’t have extreme anxiety or feel comfortable. I am beyond thankful and blessed that I found this office. They’re professional they’re clean they’re comforting, and every single person that is a part of the staff is extremely welcoming and extremely nice. I never thought in my life I would say I actually love going to the dentist now. If there’s anybody like me out there and you’re in this area, I suggest you give this place a go! Best dentist office in Orange County, New York, hands down!

Not pleased with the filling work I received from the Dr’s. Also I was sick and had to reschedule my appointment. She asked me what the reason was. Which was none of her business. Then with an attitude says their time is valuable and I should have called 24 hours ago to cancel. I understand that but I woke up not feeling well. I will never go back there. The visit was under my maiden name.

A lady I was dealing with was very rude and had a very bad attitude. She was getting angry because I was asking questions. I'm sorry but we are talking about a major medical procedure. I need to know options and prices! I'm not buying a pair of sneakers. I'm the customer and the staff should be willing to go over all options. I don't deserve to be treated so poorly! I've been going to the same dentist my entire life in the bronx before moving. Now I'm going to have look for another dentist for me and my family. Avoid this place if you have questions or concerns.
