New York Hospital Queens : Radiology Department

Been here since 10:30am and my father still has not been seen. It is 12:40pm Arrive a half hour early just to be seen after your wait time. Hospitals may be inundated but stop overbooking. If you do arrive early they throw the fact you were asked to come in a half hour early. That statement would hold weight if appointments flowed semi on time. The waiting area consists of 80% patients over the age of 55 or different abilities. The hospital must do better for different, limited ability and elderly patients. The healthcare system must show better approach in an effort to help the patient experience. - A very concerned patient advocate

The absolute best radiology team in NYC! They take the time to get to know you and always make you feel comfortable. The team is accommodating and supportive when you need that helping hand!

If you are sick and need urgent care do not come here they will have you waiting 6 plus hours and the front desk people got all the attitude in the world. If I could give a minus star I would
