Dr. Gonzalez is a skilled professional and her staff is friendly and competent. There is seldom a wait time and appointments are organized to meet individual needs at that time. I am glad that I connected with Dr. Gonzalez when I moved to the area and could not stay with my former Doctor who was too far away. My only issue is that it Is virtually impossible to reach the office without a very long hold on the phone. That is not Dr. Gonzalez‘s problem, but it makes a really good experience somewhat less good if you’re annoyed about phone system or want to ask a quick question and are on hold for way longer than the actual question And answer would have taken.

Dr. Gonzalez has a very calm and comforting demeanor. She is thorough with her review and suggestions. She and her staff are accommodating to my physical limitations.

My experience was very satisfying.The office staff was professional and courteous and efficient. I love Dr. Gonzalez! She explains everything so clearly and answers all my questions. I can feel her concern and caring. Overall, I am quite happy with the practice.

I had a very disappointing experience with PA Christie, Cotty. I came in with pain and fluid in my ears however no treatment was provided or offered. After a week I went to go to City MD to get prescription for my ear infection. I informed the provider that currently I am being evaluated by a rheumatologist due to abnormal blood work, symptoms and concerns for autoimmune disease. Instead, of taking it seriously, I was told to "just exercise" and the provider laughed. I mentioned the provider that taking 5000 IUD vitamin D is causing me severe insomnia despite taking it early mornings I was told "she never heard this before". I also explained to the provider that I had recently had my wisdom tooth extraction surgery and could not exercise due to recovery recommendations. Provider laughed at

Very positive experience. This was my initial visit. Office staff very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gonzalez is very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend this office to friends and family. Ty.
