Dr. Cerciello is incredible! He deserves more than 5 stars. My son had several teeth pulled and Dr. Cerciello's bedside manner was top-notch. He was calming, answered any and all questions, patient, and thorough. I mean they gave my son a blanket to keep warm and even asked him if the music was alright. It was a phenomenal experience and I can't recommend him enough. Staff was really great as well. Very friendly and thorough. Office is immaculate too.

I saw Dr Cerciello at their West Islip location. I needed a complete upper and lower extraction following radiation. Being at risk for osteonecrosis with brittle teeth from radiation it had to be done in stages. I cant say enough about this man, he's an incredible surgeon with the bedside manor and patience of a saint. He gets to know his patients is friendly and personable yet completely professional, due to my condition we opted for local anestesia and I sat in the chair each time waiting for the pain that never comes he does it quick and painlessly, you don]t want to go anywhere else he is the best and to put it simply he is a breath of fresh air standing apart from the stereo typical ''Dentist''. The staff and Nurses are just as great, friendly and upbeat they are a pleasure to talk

Couldn't agree more with the other review. Dr. Ruggiero is arrogant but worse he does not listen and gaslights you! Just avoid this guy. One of my many problems was my bite had substantially shifted and I was having trouble eating. Dr. Ruggiero told me my mouth had always been that way and did not take an xray. I'm nearly 60 years old. Think I know how my mouth was working up until a few months ago. He was completely dismissive. This guy might have been impressive at one time but should retire. He does not listen and also does not communicate what to expect or how your condition will work very well and then acts like you should have known. These people are borderline scam artists. I came for an appt here under the impression that Dr. Ruggerio is an expert and will be able to help me with my condition. Well, I paid a fortune to be basically told “I don’t know” and referred somewhere else. What a waste…

The location is convenient but I won’t be back here. I found Dr. Ruggerio to be rather arrogant and dismissive. Their consultation fees are also extremely high.
