I had an exceptional experience at New York Avenue Dental practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The reception was quick and efficient, and I hardly waited a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Liz is extremely professional and compassionate. He took the time to explain every procedure to me and answered all my questions, which made me feel very comfortable. The dental cleaning was thorough, and I was offered helpful tips to improve my oral health. The clinic's atmosphere is clean and relaxing, making the experience much more pleasant. So far my experience has been very poor. The dentist, Hector Suazo has poor customer service. He didn’t know what I was there for despite having made my appointment two weeks prior. He was rude when attending to my appointment, pushing off the cleaning to another tech before having to be told it was just a check up. I spent an hour and half just for him to knock on my teeth with a metal tool and send me out with a referral.

I have been coming here for a very long time now and I love the attention, the place is always clean and a very professional environment, Dr Liz and Irene are the best !!

Great experience, Doctor explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way . Would ask me many times if everything was fine to ensure that I would walk out satisfied with the procedure. Everyone is really friendly and the best part is that there isn’t a long wait time .
