New Vitalis Pharmacy

I have switched to New Vitalis Pharmacy after using CVS and Walgreens because of how I was treated for the medicine I took and the guilty of service or lack of and experience was awful for several years. They never would work with me and were always fighting with me and they never try to get my medicine on time and there were always issues that I had to solve. New Vitalis Pharmacy has a wonderful staff and does everything for you and works very hard to get your medicine. They do it all!!!! Take it from me, switch from your Pharmacy to hear and you wont regret it; I know I haven't. I mean, they even do delivery through the mail and offer generic forms of medicine of the same medicine.

From the moment I started working with New Vitalis they provided exceptional service with both their professionalism and their expertise. The staff goes above and beyond, whether it’s troubleshooting insurance, explaining complex medication instructions, or just checking in to ensure everything is on track. Every employee is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions to ensure I understand my medication plan. Prescriptions are compounded and refilled quickly and they call to provide clear timelines for when meds will be ready - they even mail scripts directly to my door! Which is a true game changer for me! I’m genuinely impressed by how seamless the entire process is. If you’re looking for a pharmacy that delivers top-tier service, this is the place.

Can't get no better than here trying to get my medication that a regular Pharmacy cannot fill, they are very fast at filling they are very nice there very respectful they let you know what is going on with your medication at all times. Most people that have particular medication that the insurance will not pay for, sometimes you have to pay for out-of-pocket and new Vitalis Pharmacy appears to be very well with their pricing compared to other compound pharmacies

Great pharmacy! 25 Again calls them or I call them for a refill and we almost ALWAYS get our meds the next day! Talked to Todd and Kelly and they are so wonderful to talk with about your products. Also, one time we had an issue with a dispenser, and they corrected it without charge! Great pharmacy! Thank you for your great service!

Even though things didn't work out right, the pharmacist made it correct and will advise Body Shapes Medical not to over promise again
