We have been patients for years. The team is always great. Celeste is fantastic. Doctor always explains things in a very understandable way and not in “doctor speak” when possible. The office has always been caring and proactive. We highly recommend.

This place is horrible, I would do 0 stars if i could. The hygienist caused me extreme pain by digging her scrapper tool into my gums then proceeded to laugh when i told her it hurt, she’s the only Hispanic lady there. DO NOT GO HERE, terrible people only Dr Macy is nice other than that everyone can’t do their job, I have damage to my teeth from her and will soon be filing a lawsuit.

LONG time patient here! Wonderful office. Dr. Doug is so gentle and caring. Gloria is a wonderful hygienist and extremely thorough, and Celeste is always accommodating and pleasant even when asking lots of questions about insurance coverage changes throughout the past 2 decades.

I have been a patient for 3 yrs and I must say, this is the best dental office that I have experienced in 39 years! Dr. Masi, Dr. Ngyunn are simply the best in the business! Gloria is an outstanding Hygienist. I have sensitive issues and never have a problem with cleanings!!

I have been coming here for about 3 years but most recently this practice definitely lacks respectful and professional associates. I never had any issues, dentist were amazing. Front desk was always great up until recently. I had made an appointment about 2 months ago for a deep cleaning, I asked how much it would be with my insurance they advised someone would get back to me. Called again, they still didn’t know. Finally I had to call the day of my appointment to confirm the price to make sure I even had the money & finally someone had a price. When I told them I would have to cancel because I didn’t know it would be that much & someone from there practice dropped the ball with providing me pricing prior to the day - there response was I would be charged a $50 no show fee.
