The most unperfessiol people I ever met in my life and they need to lose their license they are doing unnecessary testing making unreasonable calls late at night. The kids running around the background while the wife supposed to be making appointments. Call the office I'm transferred to the wife. Who can't do anything.must lose his medical license. Called my husband tonight saying he needs him to make appointment?

I have had a appointment today to have a zoom appointment with Dr. Patel they told me last week it would be any time between 1pm to 6pm. Around 4 pm I called they told me doctor was running behind and will give me a call around 6pm and remind you it's Friday office closes at 5pm it is now 7:50 pm and I still yet to hear anything from the doctor and this appointment is extremely important and is one step closer of helping me with getting a career opportunity this is ridiculous

If I could give them zero Stars I would. The most unprofessional experience with a doctor I've ever seen! Every phone call appointment has been over 2 hours late one time they called 7 hours after appointment time. We've never seen the doctor physically and the (I believe)wife that answers the phone is truly awful! I'm really upset that they're collecting money from insurance! Now I have to fight to get a doctor to help, this is just totally outrageous and sad. I wanted to post this so hopefully if somebody looks them up before they see him they'll be able to cancel and find someone else. As you can see there's not one review that this place is any good!

The absolute rudest Dr. I have ever met. My son had an 11:00 am appointment. I called the office at 11:30 and was told to just. 1:00 no call so I called the receptionist again and was told to still wait. I called back at 3:00 and was told to still wait. The doctor called at 5:00 and said there are no other doctors around so I should be grateful that he called me back and that I needed to take it or leave it. No apology. No accountability. No professionalism. I’m changing doctors. Too much audacity and arrogance.

Worst damn clinic! Lack of communication …. I took the day off twice to help my mother. All I get is “I’m sorry mam!” I don’t need a damn sorry! I need assistance and have the appointments be honor at the time given. DON’T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS DAMN CLINIC….
