The staff was amazing! They got me in so quickly and took such great care of me! I’m so grateful my insurance covers this great urgent care and that it’s so close to home. I would definitely recommend!!!!

Brittany was wonderful. She listened carefully and acknowledged my thoughts. I felt that she took me seriously. George was funny and did a good job, even though I am not a fan of shots! From start to finish it was 30 minutes which I find shocking for an urgent care! Definitely will be back.

I would love an explanation of why you can’t help someone figure out the cost of their copay over the phone. I offered to give all the info off my insurance card and still no. Clearly I’m sick and don’t want to drive over 30 mins if I can’t AFFORD to pay the copay. Why did it seem like your staff just didn’t want to help me. No explanation just no we can’t do that. You have to come in. The most bullshit excuse for not wanting to do your job or help someone. Especially since the man literally said let me give you to the girl who can do that for you. So clearly you could, just didn’t want to. I’ll wait another day and go to my urgent care. This interaction was repulsive. Wish I got the name of the girl who didn’t want to help because you should let her know, kindness goes a long way.

My second visit to this urgent care and was pleased with my care but I still was not over my sinusitis so I came back today a week later and was so impressed with my visit. George and Tina were very friendly and thorough and Brittany was excellent and took her time and listened to every word I said. She prescribed a different action for healing in a way that I could understand and felt comfortable.I highly recommend New Smyrna urgent care and if I have to go there again, I hope Brittany is my NP.
