I had a really great experience at New Smile Dental. Dr. Torres and her staff are honestly amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Torres took her time explaining everything and made sure I understood what was going on instead of just rushing through the appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. The office is clean, organized, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. It’s not always easy finding a dental office where you feel comfortable, but they definitely made it a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. Torres and the team at New Smile Dental. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My 5 year old son and I had a great experience at Mt. Lakes -New Smile Dental PC! The front desk people were so kind and even gave my son a toy to play with while we were waiting to be seen. The dentist was awesome with him and went over everything she was doing with him and had him help her while examining his teeth to make him more comfortable! I felt very comfortable with all the staff, they were all so friendly. I’m even considering switching dentists because of the experience I had there today! Thank you so much! We’ll see you in 6 months!
The staff is wonderful, from Javier and Cindy to Linda and Dr. Torres and there is another woman who took care of me before my filling. All of them were pleasant and efficient. Linda did a beautiful job with my cleaning and Dr. Torres took extra time to replace part of my filling. It was an amazing, positive experience.
Love Dr Torres. She is very thorough and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Linda, the hygienist, did a great job with my cleaning. The staff is fun and energetic. I highly recommend.
Didn’t have to wait for my appointment The office is clean and comfortable. The desk staff were courteous and helpful The dental assistant is so careful and friendly. Dr Torres is easy to talk with and explains clearly with pictures what needs to be done
