Dr. Connie Hyler-Both and her entire team are friendly, compassionate and competent. They listen and respond. While visiting family, having traveled from another state for Christmas, two of our dogs began vomiting so often our 6-year old lab had bloody emesis and the whites of her eyes turned red. I thought she was dying!! Our 3-year old Belgian Malinois' eyes were pink tinged as was her emesis. Neither dog could keep down water or the "go-to" white rice and broth. While this vet clinic is so busy they are unable to accept new patients right now, they got us in for emergency care on Christmas EVE afternoon! Our dogs were treated promptly. Took my cat in for some issues he was having. When I finally got in to see the vet she barely looked at him and then yelled and I mean fully yelled at me for him having flees. I wasn't aware he had flees I moved here a couple months ago and have done several treatments since then and when I tried to explain that to her she just got more irritated and louder with me. Was not impressed

My pets are “family” to this wonderful staff. They treat all my pets as individuals, offer an affordable monthly plan (no surprise invoices!) and always prebook the next appointment so that my pets can remain on a recommended medical program. I couldn’t be happier!

Every one in the office is wonderful. One of my dogs is very scared of people and they always make her comfortable with them. All of the team really care about the well being of everyone's fur babies. I know this from the 20+ years that I have been coming to them.

I must say New River Animal Hospital is the best to have your pets treated. I had taken Jill, my cat to them this past week. I had expected the worst news but it was good news. Doc Connie said all her conditions could be treated. That is the best Christmas present I could hoped for. They are professional and outstanding in their field. I have been going there for years. You can trust them with your pets. When you are there they make you feel at home and they honestly care about your fur babies. Love the whole staff. Just absolutely wonderful! If you need a veterinarian for your fur babies go to the NRAH, it’s only a twenty minute drive from Daniels. It is worth your time and care.
