Do not waste your money on this program. They teach you how to get your certificate but they also teach you and demand, you look the other way when you see elderly people being abused. When I was in training I complained to them that some elderly seniors were getting abuse in the seniors home and they got upset with me and told me to Shut up and just look the other way. I quit the program and reported them and the facility of the senior home.
