New Outlook Dental - Dr. Kyle Schulz

Our entire family has been under the great dental care of Dr. Schulz for decades and there’s one very good reason: his expertise matches his gentleness. Recently, I was in for a routine dental cleaning with their hygienist and a crown popped off while I was in the chair. Dr. Schulz, as usual, was promptly notified and arranged to get it taken care of on the spot. It not only didn’t require a return visit but was done in an efficient (and humorous!) way. The way his dental assistant complemented his style as she supported the procedure was impressive (quickly and smoothly anticipating his needs and knowing the steps in the process). Most people may find a dentist through their friends or relatives or possibly Google reviews that talk about how comfortable a dentist makes them feel or how friendly the staff is or how upscale the office might be furnished. My own preference for a referral to a dentist (or a doctor) is one based upon first hand knowledge of technical proficiency -- and for that you could never do better than a recommendation from another doctor. We have a friend who is a Professor Restorative Dentistry at UCLA. He had previously referred my family to great dentists when we lived in San Francisco and San Diego. Exceptional staff, exceptional quality of work. I travel 5 hours to routinely return to New Outlook Dental because I found a dentist I like that consistently delivers results I'm proud of. My teeth aren't something I'm willing to risk half measures on, I'm happy to make the commute here to know that my teeth are one thing in my life I don't have to worry about anymore. I was very much impressed by this Dental facility. I am “out of town” from my regular dentist, and had an emergency situation develop. They fit me in for immediate consultation and diagnosis. I have not used a different dentist in over 30 years, but I felt very comfortable with this staff, which is a big accomplishment for me. I have confidence in their skill, knowledge and care, and most likely will follow through with the recommended procedure.

Dr. Schulz and his staff are reliably friendly, professional, and prompt. I trust their skills and I always get solid, useful advice on taking care of my oral hygiene and health. I recently needed to have some basic work done and Dr. Schulz took the time to examine and subsequently address another issue during the same visit. Excellent office, great people. I definitely recommend New Outlook, Dr. Schulz and his staff.
