New Optix Optometry

I had an excellent experience at this optometry office and couldn’t be more satisfied. I saw Dr. Michael Tran, and the entire process from booking to pickup, was outstanding. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which I really appreciated. I brought in two of my own frames to have new lenses made using my current prescription. The visit itself was great from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, the lady who helped me with the pre exam tests was wonderful, and another staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names) took the time to help me complete everything and clearly explain the optional lens features without any pressure.
