New Martinsville Dental with Dr. Andrea Lockhart & her staff are the best ever! Convenient location, very nicely decorated waiting room with clean restroom for customers with the very best supplies. Big screen TV thats always showing something interesting, usually I discover a new show. The lobby has beautiful crystal chandeliers as well as a Keurig coffee maker with only the best pods. Today I had peanut butter as well as lavender. Convenient customer restrooms are located there as well. The staff is very respectful, knowledgeable & caring. Appointments are easy to make & they are very understanding about a missed appointment & will gladly reschedule. Dr. Lockhart works smoothly & efficiently on her patients. I have been going to New Martinsville Dental for a couple years now. My insurance provider led me to them and I am glad they did. I have been really impressed by their thoughtful care, streamlined processes, and concern for the patients overall well-being. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I love that I have never witnessed negativity or drama there, which can be quite common in an office setting. Dr. Lockhart is thorough, polite, respectful and is open to questions and concerns. Michael stansberry had a great experience at the office during his last visit. The dentist explained to him everything she would be doing during his procedure and he was comfortable while she done it. After the procedure he had zero complications and did great. The next day I got a message from her asking how he was doing and if he had any trouble .I told her he was doing great and I appreciated her checking on him. That message proved to me that she cares about her patients and will do everything she can for their well being. Her office is clean and we'll kept. The assistants are polite and nice to us. I would recommend her to anyone who would ask me about her.

I take all 7 of my children to this dentist. Everything is extremely clean. The dentist answers all my questions and helps to make sure we understand. Today, they did something extremely thoughtful and kind for my 3 boys who had cleanings… they offered my boys a Lego set for always being good and as a reward… I’m so thankful for all of them.

I was looking for a new dentist, as life gets busy and it’s been a while for me. Needless to say, I am so thankful I chose New Martinsville Dental!
