New Mark Modern Dentistry

I took a moment to sit down and write this, even if anonymously, to share my experience today at New Mark Modern Dentistry. I say “anonymously” because I carry a lot of shame. I am a very difficult case, beyond my anxiety and deep fear of dentists, there is the embarrassment of having a severely damaged denture that has kept me from truly smiling for years. Not by choice, but by circumstance. For the past several years, I dedicated my life to being a caregiver. First to my mother, who battled dementia and later cancer. Before that, to my father with cirrhosis. And before that, to my sister, who also suffered from cirrhosis due to a genetic condition. There was simply no space left to take care of myself. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning as a new patient. Thorough! The assistant who took my X-rays and charted (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!!) was skilled and efficient. Sara my hygienist was the same and left my teeth feeling clean! The doctor was professional and respectful! Front desk was easy to book an appointment and to pay with, no complaints at all!

My family and I love this dentist office! The front desk is always on top of things and very polite and helpful. We’ve never had any confusion with insurance or payments. Every time we’ve had a procedure done out of the norm they’re quick to have information on how much insurance would cover and how much we would need to pay before we make a decision. Dr. Banhart is also a very kind and caring dentist to have. Answers questions easily and takes the time to understand them as well. I take my 2 little kids here and they are always made to feel welcome and the staff are all very patient with us! Also Ashley who cleans our teeth is amazing! We highly recommend this office!

What a great experience! The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and the office itself is modern and clean. My experiences with the doctors were exceptional! They explained the situation and the plan for the appointment in a way that was clear and free of confusing jargon. While the entire team was professional and welcoming, the star of my visit was the dental hygienist Sara! She carefully explained each step of the appointment, check in on my comfort and was gentle in her technique. I will be recommending!!

This place was so much more than I imagined. The staff was exceptional! I have extreme anxiety with the dentist but have never felt more comfortable than I did. They were so welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and presented with a smile! Highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his team. Heather and Sara were phenomenal making me feel salt ease through the whole process, and Abby was exceptional with helping me to ease through the financial stress of the dental work to be done.
