Itook my bearded dragon here after he stopped eating for almost two weeks, they have one exotic pet vet and she is fantastic. She was kind, considerate, and straight forward. She was able to tell me what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. The appointment was relatively inexpensive for the quality of care I received and the medications were fairly priced as well. Unfortunately my beardie didn't make it, to no fault of the vet, they did absolutely everything that could have been done to save his life.

My poor grand-cat was suffering with asthma (we had told a prior Vet we thought she had it) and immediately it was picked up. They listened and took my concerns seriously. After giving her meds with instructions, they setup a follow-up as well as sent a follow-up message the next day. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and care we were given.

Farrah loves visiting the Vet. They always make a big fuss over her and even after shots or other tests, Farrah leaves with her tail up and wagging!❤️❤️

I would not recommend this vet if you have a bigger dog. I just moved to the area and needed to get my Doberman shots and an annual exam and it all went well at first. He got blood drawn no problem and his exams done with no problem or issues, but when it came to his shots he was a little jumpy. The staff then wanted to do his shots in another room with out me and put a muzzle on my dog without asking or telling me and then said they couldn’t give him the shots because staff was afraid of him. Mind you my dog never growled or nipped at any one of them. He was pulling back his legs and startled. I’m not sure why there tatics in the first place is to hold down a dog or separate a dog in the first place. They wanted me to come back a different day when they had more staff and to give my dog m

New London has always been professional, kind, affordable, and takes great care of my dogs. The Vet's are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, straight forward, and caring.
