The front desk staff members that has attitude problems. Whenever I call for a question about my medicines or I have a question about my prescription. I don’t why they get very frustrated. It’s important to know if my medication was sent to my pharmacy. If someone has a question it’s your job to answer them. There’s a receptionist I was scheduling my next appointment she has an attitude like she doesn’t want to help. Very grumpy attitude . You can barely find Dr. Rabeya for any upcoming updates for appointments. I don’t recommend coming here. They make you sit for hours in the waiting area inside. I want to start by saying that the doctor is excellent—knowledgeable, caring, and truly committed to patient health. I have a lot of respect for the doctor’s professionalism and the quality of care provided. However, I feel it’s important to bring attention to the serious issue with the front desk staff, specifically the girl working at the counter. From the moment I arrived, her attitude was extremely unwelcoming. She did not greet me or any other patients politely and acted as if we were inconveniencing her. When I asked a simple question about my appointment time, she responded in a rude and dismissive tone, rolling her eyes and giving short, cold answers. This kind of behavior creates an uncomfortable and stressful environment—especially in a place where people are already feeling unw

I love this place! There’s a kind brother who always gives lollipops to my kids and other children in the waiting area—his generosity means so much to us. Also the clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff are very respectful. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible service. I brought my mom here for a “5 minute” procedure. We had a 9 am appointment. We were asked to come in at 8:30. We didnt get started untill 10:40 and left after 11:30. No respect for time.
