I had a body & foot combo of table massage and foot massage. Susan was my massage therapist and she is so wonderfully strong and precise and thoughtful that I can still feel the work she did two days ago, making my shoulders feel weightless and caring for my feet! New Life Foot and Body Spa is clean, professional, and comfortable. I was even able to nab a same-day appointment! I opted for the hot stones and I was glad I did.

My first visit left an impression so much to the point where it will now become a regular self care routine for me as it left me feeling brand new. I highly recommend getting the 120 min package with the rocks & cupping because they all coincides with the full experience. We had a 90 minute couples massage. We added on the hot stones and the aromatherapy. Every second was wonderful. Our Masseuers did exactly what was asked and we both left very relaxed and happy. Definitely worth every penny spent!

I did the head spa and foot combo, just an amazing experience and so relaxing. My shoulders were also massaged. My head left feeling refreshed, as well as my hair smelling amazing. Will have to do again!

Although I have a long history with massage therapy (one of my previous massage therapists actually invited me to her baby shower, I was that good of a client 😂), this was the first time I went here, and I will definitely return. First of all, booking is super easy and can be done online. Second, I was able to get my massage at 7 o’clock on a Sunday night! Third, it was a beautiful, therapeutic relaxing experience. My masseuse asked about my preferences before we began, and honored those. She also checked in with me throughout. Fourth, I feel it was a really good value. I initially booked the 60 minute massage, but I upgraded to a 90 minute session. Really therapeutic experience. I needed that. Thank you!
